Although All Star Plumbing was est. 2000. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. The owner, Pete Pierson , is involved in every job and has earned a great reputation as an independent plumber. Pete has vast experience in the plumbing industry. He started as an apprentice at J. R. Pierce where he worked for four years in both commercial and residential plumbing. He then moved on to RCR Co. where he worked hard to achieve his journeyman card. He was soon promoted to foreman and was in charge of two job sites of 150 homes each. He received several awards through Pulte Homes as the best tradesman on the job. RCR was aware they had an “All Star” on their team and Pete was promoted to superintendent. Towards the end of his career with RCR (as the economy was changing as it related to new housing) Pete studied hard to earn his own Plumbing State Contractor’s license while still working with RCR. In 2008 he decided to test his wings and has succeeded in building his own plumbing business.
